    What's a Smoothie Bowl?

    Smoothie bowls are a huge trend that blends the constancy of a creemee with the goodness of a smoothie.

     

    Drinking Protein Shakes are easy and quick, but smoothie bowls are more indulgent. They only take a few minutes more and you'll feel more satisfied as you are chewing and not sipping.
     

    Smoothies and bowls provide a strong dose of Antioxidants and tons of health boosting vitamins and minerals. Thanks to the addition of Arbonne’s Protein Shake mix you’ll get all 3 macronutrients (fat/protein/carbs) that are needed for optimizing body functions and performance.

     

    So, I like to think of my smoothie bowl as a superhero kicking these health problems to the curb! Plus, its super delicious!

  • CHOOSE YOUR BOWL BASE

    Bases are important as they are the heart of the bowl and should be thick and velvety. Bases consist of four parts, liquid, greens, fruits and veggies and protein.

     

    Liquid can be an Non-Dairy Milk, Juice or Water. Water is the best if working to maintain weight. Juice is high and sugar ;)

    Greens can be frozen spinach, kale or a scoop of Arbonne's Superfood Greens

    Fruits and Veggies can be your choice or you can follow a recipe below

    Protein will be two scoops of Arbonne's Protein

    You can add Fiber to any of these recipes

    1 cup Lemon-Lime Sparkling Water

    2 Limes Sliced

    Mint to Garnish

     

    Mix together
